  The goal of the Free Law Reporter (FLR) is to develop a freely available, unencumbered law reporter that is capable of serving as a resource for education, research, and practice. This presentation will explore what a national repository for original format court opinions would look like and how it would be used by commercial, not-for-profit, and academic publishers and researchers.
