		<description>You are making me regret that 'tempest in a teapot' characterization -- this is, of course, important stuff!  I agree that the real promise of the bulk data 'movement' is a lessening of barriers of entry to a wider range of competitive, entrepreneurial, information services.  Also that this would be a development that perhaps has the biggest impact, among major vendors, on West, given its historically tight links to the producers of legal texts and privileged position in the marketplace for authentic/official legal information.</description>

For better or worse, they changed the name over a decade ago, and no amount of beating would make that horse deader. I didn’t think much of Reagan, but I also don’t think any debate benefits from the sort of childish pushback-at-all-costs that seems to characterize so much public discussion in the US these days.
