		<description>This is such an important topic for our global society!  Among all the other topics to be addressed, the issue of digital authentication is vital.  The U.S. Government Printing Office has been working on such an initiative (see http://www.gpoaccess.gov/authentication/). Not only do people need open access to legal information, they need to know that the information they access online is valid.  Even if the source is a trusted one (i.e., a state government), that does not ensure that the information is authentic. I look forward to hearing much more about "Law via the Internet"!</description>
