Tessler Dean of Cornell Law School we&#8217;re highlighting his scholarship on our repository this week.<\/p>\n<p>Pe\u00f1alver taught at Cornell from 2006-2012 before moving on to the University of Chicago prior to his upcoming tenure as dean.
