  Ginevra Peruginelli, graduated in law, obtained a Ph.D. in Telematics and Information Society at the University of Florence and received her Master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle. Since 2003 she is entitled to practice as a lawyer. She has been working at the Institute of Theory and Techniques of Legal Information of CNR (ITTIG) first as a fellow and from 2007 as legal researcher. From 2005 to 2011 she was professor under contract on legal informatics at the Law Faculty of University of Perugia. Her current research interests deal with user legal information needs, techniques and methods for legal documentation and for the creation of legal information systems,analysis of legal language in the multilingual legal environment and evaluation criteria for legal websites. She is the author of many academic articles and delivered international conference contributions in these fields.
