  James Lambert has a BSc in engineering and an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University. His career in the public sector spans 33 years, covering a variety of roles, but most recently as Director of Services in the Jersey Court Service. He is a founder member of the Jersey Legal Information Board (JLIB).
