Rebecca Vernon is an advisor and former legal fellow at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative’s Asia division, where she works on judicial reform, human rights, and integrating new technologies into programs. She is also an affiliated researcher at the Cornell eRulemaking Initiative and previously served as the Open Government Fellow. Rebecca earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School, specializing in international legal affairs, and focuses on providing mechanisms for citizen engagement in government decision-making around the globe. She studied French and politics at Mount Holyoke College.
