  Tokuyasu Kakuta is an associate professor of the Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University in Japan and a member of the Japan Legal Information Institute. He has a degree of Ph.D. (1997, Tokyo Institute of Technology). His original major is “AI and Law” research field. Recently, his research themes are developments of “e-legislation” environment systems and legal argumentation systems by clarifying these background theories.
