  Andrew Mowbray is Professor of Law and Information Technology at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII). Andrew is the principal software author and technical director of AustLII.

  He has degrees in Computing Science and Law. He is the author of the sino search software and LawCite case citator. He teaches and publishes in computerised legal research, computerisation of law and information technology law.
