Ann Muthoni Asugah is the Assistant Editor and Team Leader Laws of Kenya Department at the National Council for Law Reporting (Kenya Law Reports) in charge of statute revision and consolidation. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted to the bar in June 2002.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Nairobi, a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of law and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She has both academic and professional credentials in management having attended several courses dealing with legislative drafting, performance management, managing legal resources in the semantic web and project management. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya and the Kenya Institute of Management. Ann has also published two books dealing with discriminatory laws, Case Management in the Judiciary with the help of Federation of Kenya Lawyers (Kenya Chapter)
