  Katsuhiko Toyama is an associate professor of the Graduate School of Information Science, Nagoya University in Japan and a member of the Japan Legal Information Institute. He has a degree of Doctor of Engineering (1990, Nagoya University). His current research interests are computational linguistics and application of information technologies to realize “e-legislation.”
